Virgin Islands and Europe... My Favorite Places

I have been very fortunate to travel to some amazing places. From a young age, my parents instilled in me the importance of traveling, seeing the worlds, and learning about other cultures. Since then I have always enjoyed traveling and seeing new and beautiful places. One of my favorite places I have traveled is the British and US Virgin Islands. The water is so blue and warm. It is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The people on the island are so nice and laid back, you cant help but relax and have fun.
I love the island feel and relaxing with a cold rum punch in hand. The islands are all so beautiful and lush. We rented a boat a few days and sailed to all the islands, snorkeling, swimming, and having so much fun. It's the most relaxing and beautiful place in the world. I wish I were there right now instead of Norman.

Another one of my favorite places I have been fortunate enough to visit is Europe. I went to Paris and Rome with my family for the first time in 2013 and absolutely feel in love. I loved seeing how the Europeans lived and enjoyed life. The architecture is so unique and rich with history. I love the way Europeans love and life their life to the fullest. The food is maybe my favorite part though. I love all the pasta, champagne, escargot, and so much more! Last summer I got the opportunity to study abroad in Germany and it was the time of my life. I didn't know anyone going and spoke no German at all. I spent 3 months in the town of Erfurt. The smallest German town with rich history and untouched by tourists. I made some new friends and we spend the summer going to class and traveling all around Europe. We visited Prague, Munich, Salzburg, Berlin, and Barcelona. Barcelona was also one of my favorite towns. It reminds me of a fun European city and a beach town. Spaniards are some of the most fun and vivacious people. We tried awesome paella and sweet sangria. I love traveling around, learning about other cultures and about myself. You learn so much about life and yourself when you travel. I think it is so important for people to travel and be able to travel alone. Going all the way across the world by myself was one of the best and most educational moments of my life. I think everyone should studying abroad by themselves. I had the best time and made friends for life.
